剧情介绍
沈浩作为安徽省第二批选派到农村任职干部来到了小岗村。自从实行大包干以后，由于种种原因，小岗村是“一夜越过温饱线，二十年没跨过富裕坎”。在沈浩到任之前的十年间，曾有五六名县乡干部先后到小岗村挂职任书记，却并没有让小岗村人满意。这更加激发他去实现自己的梦想，小岗村给他带了希望.安徽省凤阳县小岗村党支部原第一书记村委会主任沈浩同志的先进事迹为原型，艺术地再现了他在小岗村任职近6年来始终以党和人民的事业为重，干事创业，勤奋务实，勇于创新，无私奉献，情为民系，利为民谋，以实际行动践行科学发展观，用年轻的生命诠释了一个共产党员对党和人民的无限忠诚，忠实履行共产党员的神圣职责。最终因积劳成疾倒在工作岗位上的感人事迹。
